Meditation creates an open space that is free from performance and competition; free from all striving for self-affirmation. A place where we stop fighting ourselves, which will then help us to explore our inner territory and point the way towards a meaningful and creative way of life.

We take the time to observe breath and movement, the origin of thoughts and emotions. We practise with patience, care and attention, we become aware of the silence and space, which is the background to all action. Vibrant stillness is the origin of all desire to express ourselves, and it is stillness into which all action is being absorbed. How sweet to be in contact with the power of life which expresses itself as ourselves.
